Parkway Home Inspections offers residential, commercial and new construction inspections.  The company is owned and operated by third generation builder and licensed home inspector, Sam Woodie. He has 30+ years of experience in the construction industry with his family's company Woodie Construction.  He was born and raised in Avery county and loves the outdoors.  He enjoys teaching his customers the ins and outs of their homes, how to maintain the house, and what kinds of issues to watch out for. This experience ensures that his customers will be able to make well informed decisions about their investments.
